1.2. These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.cazo.eu (the “Website”).
1.3. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website and non-binding information

2.1. The Website is intended to present information about CAZO Design for Pets, including company information, product offer and catalogues.
2.2. The content published on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, quotation or legally binding commitment unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by CAZO Sp. z o.o.
2.3. We may update, modify or remove Website content at any time without prior notice.

3.1. Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, catalogues, logos, trademarks and designs, is owned by CAZO Sp. z o.o. and/or the respective rights holders and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.1. If you contact us via the Website contact form or by email, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
5.2. We may respond using the contact details you provide. Submitting an enquiry does not create a sales contract unless confirmed in writing by CAZO Sp. z o.o.

6.1. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send updates, promotional offers and news.
6.2. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter message.

12. Use of artificial intelligence (AI)

12.1. In creating marketing content and materials presented on the Website and in the CAZO Design for Pets catalogues (including lifestyle photographs, visualisations, graphics, badges/markings, buttons and pictograms, and advertising texts), we may use tools based on artificial intelligence (“AI”) that assist with or partly generate such content.
12.2. All AI-assisted or AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by our team before publication. CAZO Sp. z o.o. retains full editorial responsibility for content published on the Website.
12.3. Lifestyle photographs and visualisations may be wholly or partly generated or modified using AI and are for illustrative/marketing purposes only – the actual appearance, colour and proportions of the product may differ from those shown.
12.4. In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”) and the Polish Act of 3 July 2026 on artificial intelligence systems, artificially generated or manipulated content that could appear authentic is marked in a clear and distinguishable manner, at the latest at the time of first exposure to such content (e.g., through an appropriate caption next to the image or in the product description).
12.5. The Website does not currently use a chatbot or any other AI system engaging in direct real-time interaction with users. If we introduce such functionality, we will inform users in a clear and visible manner, at the latest when the interaction begins.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
